Resolving the client's need, it was pointed out to convert the facade into a composition element that generated an identity with respect to the adjoining architecture and spatially to improve the conditions of the upper floors to be able to functionally and aesthetically reform the modified spaces, providing an experience in reuse of materials and design with what exists.
